Born on 20 February 1999 in Dhule, Maharashtra, Vaishnav Shardul life began in a small town where life was simple and opportunities were limited. With consistent effort and dedication, Vaishnavi Shardul stepped into a Team Leader role within an organization of over 70 team members. Her responsibilities included team coordination, ethical decision-making, client communication, and maintaining professional standards. This phase taught her that leadership is not about authority—it is about responsibility, trust, and leading by example.
An emotional milestone followed when her sister also joined Pride. Watching her sister grow in the same environment strengthened Vaishnavi Shardul belief that the right people and surroundings can truly transform lives. Together, the two sisters fulfilled a lifelong dream for their parents by building a home that symbolized security, pride, and unity—a shared achievement built on mutual support and understanding.
Vaishnavi Shardul career also brought global exposure. She worked with diverse cultures and markets, traveling across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Oman, the Maldives via cruise, and the United Arab Emirates. These experiences expanded her perspective and strengthened her global mindset.
She further represented her organization at major international platforms, including the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit in Abu Dhabi and the One Billion Followers Summit in 2024, 2025, and 2026. The 2026 summit became a proud milestone when the organization hosted its own kiosk, attracting one of the highest numbers of visitors at the event.
